Cat got nutered and two fays later needed emina

My cat got nutered two days ago and he became constipated he wound up needing an emina and hes been poopin on the wound he has also been peeing on it since the day he got nutered would i be able to give him a bath and and is there any danger of infection or dehydration from how much hes pooping now
