Can I give my cat human fish oil?

I don't have any cat fish oil in my pantry, and wanted to know if I can give her my fish oil from Whole Foods? Are all fish oils created equal? I assume human fish oil is more highly regulated, more expensive, and therefore safe for cats?

Hi! I don't know whether they are all equal, but I've given Poppycat human fish oil.

I know raw feeders often use a Human grade fish oil supplement when making a batch of raw food. So it's fine. Just be sure it's 100% fish oil with nothing else added. Poke a hole in the gel capsule and squeeze out the oil into your cat's food.
