I just wanted to get everyone's opinion on this. The pic is of Noriel's toes. She was playing around the couch last night and suddenly jumped up and violently started shaking her paw (like she had tape or something stuck to it) then started cleaning it. She didn't make any sounds and was walking on it fine after so I didn't think anything of it.
Today she is compulsively cleaning her paw and won't let me touch it. She isn't limping, but the nail appears bent sideways and a bit red and swollen.
The vet was able to sneak us in for an appointment tomorrow morning, but what do you guys think? Broken at the base maybe?
