Anyone in Buffalo, NY?

I need help! My mother-in-law is elderly. She's been feeding a neighborhood kitty, (abandoned most likely) and needs to get him trapped and fixed. He's friendly, about 5 months old, orange tabby. I've tried to contact an organization in Buffalo, but have gotten no response. She is on a fixed income, so she'll need assistance with the spay/neuter. Is there anyone who can help? I'd hate to see this friendly kitty get killed or worse, be out there in a Buffalo winter. This kitty would be a great pet for someone.

Yes Buffalo winters can be really deadly for stray animals. I would call your local vet. There are people out there that take cats in, your vet may have a list of phone numbers to call. I know my vet does if you need the number let me know. My vet is in the Lockport area.
