Hooray! Jet urinated in his box.... I believe. He left it uncovered... but it was urine :) It was whiteish and foamy.... Is he okay, I talked to a doctor online and she said he might be sick. What might this be? Why did he leave uncovered?

Hello, I have a 7 month old male cat, named Jet. He is a domestic shorthair and is in great health. I got him back in June of this year, and I havent had this problem since. Starting about 1 week ago, I believe Jet is leaving a "smell" or some sort. I havent seen him leaving any smell/ liquid...
