    Really long unbiblical cords

Thank you. They were born yesterday so the cords were dried. I trimmed them leaving an inch.

    Really long unbiblical cords

I'm fostering a female and her 5 newborns. She left the umbilical cords really long. I'm afraid they will get snagged by a claw or stepped on by mom and ripped off. Do I leave them or trim them. (They are approximately 4" long)

An extremely unique/sad/crazy situation *Warning, wound pics in post*

There's a feral in my colony I haven't TnR'd yet because I've been working on ones I can handle or adopt. That being said, this cat was born under my deck and we're familiar even though I can't handle him. A couple weeks ago I saw him limping. Then he disappeared. I assumed the worst. Two days...

    Please help with "pilling" ideas!

Maybe I will get some pill pockets and some Whiska's soft treats. He's a very intelligent cat and he has my number. The coconut oil is untouched, but he is resting. Who knows how comfortably. He loves chicken, but even wrapping chicken around the pill isn't working anymore. Thanks ladies!

    Please help with "pilling" ideas!

Hhhhhhhhh! He completely mistrusts me now. I tried almost every on your thread except eggs, which I think will fall apart. He was vaguely interested in some refrigerated coconut oil, so I left the room, praying to the cat God's he eats it. Lol

    Pregnant stray outside for winter

A spare room is ideal if you have room. I have one feral who got hypothermia on her paws last year and won't leave my room. She's comfortable and happy in there. If not, the garage will protect her from the elements. Make sure she has plenty of food, water and a litter box so she does'nt feel...

    Please help with "pilling" ideas!

Backstory; I have a fully vetted feral who comes in and out, (he was the only survivor in his litter, than mom got killed) as long as I don't touch him, we're friends. 4 days ago he came to me with a broken leg at his elbow joint. My vet gave me Tramadol and metacaim and wished me the best...

Kitten falling down after spay 3 days ago?

I'm happy to say she's walking just fine. I stepped out for a few hours and she came trotting over to me with no problem! Unfortunately the shelter sent her home without pain meds even after I paid extra for them. Hubby picked her up and forgot them! She's going to have to go to the vet though...

Kitten falling down after spay 3 days ago?

Thank you! Its hard to tell if she's just plopping down when she see's me (shes super loveable) or if she's having issues walking. The room is super tiny and most of it I have put down blankets and beds for her. I most definitely can't let her out. Right before she started bleeding, I caught...

Kitten falling down after spay 3 days ago?

Hi everyone! I've never had this happen with any of my rescues. I have a kitten I've been fostering from my yard, and I just had her spayed. I have her in a small room (nothing to jump on) The first night she bleed all over the room. She was fine when I left her at 10pm and the next morning, I...

    Kitten with a weak suckle!

Thank You for you responses! I have a mail scale so I will weigh him. I am stimulating him to potty before and after and I showed Mommy a few times and it was almost like a light bulb went off. She is trying her darndest to take care of him, she's just scared and confused, but is keeping him...

    Kitten with a weak suckle!

Hi everyone! This post does not fall under the category of Ethical breeding but I need help reguardless.  *Backstory: Last summer a litter of kittens were born in my backyard. Please Help; Flagyl and loss of appitite!

Thanks for your responses! She did develop a URI so the vet was pretty savvy. She didn't need Sub Q's, luckily I had done a good enough job of keeping her hydrated. She's still very lethargic but she is eating a little here and there on her own. She is on Clavamox now. Luckily my 8mo twins have...

Is there technology for an artifical leg for a cat?

Check out Ortho Pets. They do amazing things for animals (although the kitty should adapt beautifully) Sorry, I would link but I'm on my phone. They have a Facebook page too.

Please Help; Flagyl and loss of appitite!

Hi everyone! Quick backstory. Hubby and I brought in a feral after he tested negative for FIV and FIL. We kept him separated and treated him for worms.  Fast forward to Monday when a "Stomach Virus" spread through my multi cat home. I treated all the cats for worms with Pyrantel and was given...

Im not quite sure of where she lives because she comes from my backyard. Nor do I know if she is spayed but her huge size suggests she may be.
