i have managed to have all 4 kitten adopted into good homes...i have sent my homeowners assoc a letter with a letter from nj animal rights alliance about tnr and possibly working as a community to do something positive about the cats in our neighborhood.. i am also putting out food in front...
the rescue group trys to focus more on cats that can be adopted...they will do TNR..but in my case i do not feel comfortable re-releasing in my neighborhood
