Not itchy or painful, and only on nose. No changes. The only thing I can think of is sometimes that part of the nose gets immersed in the watery food, so maaaaybe a food allergy thing, is my best guess... or poking nose into some irritants on the floor....
The one on the left is new, just noticed it today. The one on the right has been there for almost a week. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? They are hard scabs. The cat is only 5 months old.
If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it. Going to take her to the vet, but...
Thank you for the tip. I always wondered if they were just big boned and furry, or if they are truly bigger animals!
I can afford her, but I don't want to have too many cats. I have 2 now and also foster. I just am trying to be careful, I don't want to wake up one day and realize I have 30...
Thank you, this is EXACTLY the kind of info I was hoping to hear. Very sorry about your kitties health issues though. Food allergies sounds very tough. I don't know if I could handle that.
Thank you thank you!
Thanks, I suspect it's also the box, but honestly she's just careless about her poo. Also, she spent all her life at the shelter using the pellets, so I'm sure she only knows to poo on top of stuff lol. No worms, she's been checked recently.
Thanks for the advice!!! Much appreciated :)
Hi all,
So I look at shelter sites frequently for fun but I've never been as tempted as this.
She looks like a straight-up Maine Coon, or at least half, right? What do you think? I am very tempted to get her, BUT:
A) I know nothing about Maine Coons and I'm afraid she might eat too much for...
She looks like a standard DSH to me, not a mix. I think your shelter was trying to hype her up to get you to take her. ;) Asians have a different body type, muscular, longer and thinner. Is she very athletic and very talkative? Just because she's gray doesn't mean there's any Russian blue...
