Well she has a rather large water bowl so I figure she drinks from it as needed. The water bowl is wide and shallow enough to fit her flat face in it. Is there anyway I could be sure she gets enough water? She doesn't only pee but she also poops too so I don't think it's only a problem with her...

She stopped using her litter box maybe a few months after she was kept indoors. Unfortunately we don't have much money so we can't build an screened area and we rent a house so that might be an issue for building one. Also would being poor get in the way of getting her a UTI?
