I wish you the best! 2+ years is a long time to wait and can be hard on a relationship. It took me over a year to get each of my 2. That's what got me started with alternative medicine and without it I most likely wouldn't have kids.
I hope your wait isn't much longer.
My hubby has had a cold for about 3 weeks now. It will just never go away completely.
Hissy, doesn't GSE come in a capsule form now? I haven't looked for it, but someone mentioned it to me. The liquid is so bitter, even just a few drops in something. I'll take it, but my kids make quite a fuss...
It happens during the day too, when the door is open, so it isn't a problem with the darkness. They do fine in the dark, chasing each other and opening drawers (empty ones) and playing with toys. It's where they've stayed since we got them and this just started recently. I did see the female...
My 2 will play that way. They look like they're ready to fight, with their ears back and tails flopping around, but they're usually not vocal. The only time I see fur flying is in the spring when they're shedding.
Our 2 cats spend the nights in a bathroom and the past week or 2 I've found the lights on when I let them out in the morning and I can't figure out a way to keep them from doing it. I think it might be just one doing it when she rubs on the switch. I can't tape the switches, becuase that would...
How will you anchor the bottom so they won't go underneath it? You could get some stiff wire and cut it into lengths long enough to bend in half and go in the ground far enough to secure it. You might also put up some bird scare tape so that the birds don't fly into it and get tangled in it...
That was me with the boy who eats wet food with his paw part of the time and makes a mess. It's funny, but I do get tired of the bits of food on the wall and floor from him shaking some of it off his paw. It's a good thing he's cute!
Sorry about my post on your relationship status with his father. I guess I missed a page when I was reading through the posts and didn't see that it had been mentioned before.
I was using the dusting attachment this morning and our boy, Blaze, would not quit attacking it, so I got him with it (knowing that he's not scared of such things) and he layed down and rolled from one side to the other enjoying it and attacking it and just having a great time, so that will come...
You mentioned he does this at your house and his dad's house, so I'm assuming the 2 of you aren't together. Maybe that has something to do with it and he's just not willing to talk about it, or he's too young to express his feelings. Just a thought.
I have heard many times that a lot of boys...
I use holistic ways when possible too. I wish I had a sequence of pictures when our cat went through panluekemia (distemper) as a young kitten. We lost her brother to it the day after we brought them home, with no one knowing he was sick, just to show how fast and furious it comes on. He was the...
I clip both of ours. I started when they were young so they'd be used to it. I sit them down on my lap with their back against my belly and do each foot. Enya, the female, will pin her ears back to show her dislike, but she'll usually sit through it without much trouble. Blaze doesn't like...
I seem to remember seeing a cat proof wood fence that had a section on top that was maybe 10" wide that was mounted so that it leaned in at an angle along the entire top edge of the fence, all the way around. The cats could climb up, but couldn't get around the part leaning in. I hope that made...
Allergies can also come on as a result of worn out adrenals. My pollen allergies just started all of a sudden one summer, 7 or 8 years ago, after never having them for 30 some years. That's when I first came across something saying that low adrenal function can be the underlying cause, but I...
Nope, never too old! In fact, I think that when someone makes it past 3/4 of a century it's all the more reason to celebrate. Then if they reach 100, that's a big call for a celebration; even the president takes part in that!
I'm another one of those holiday babies; Dec. 24. I'd rather be any...
Sleep problems do go with adrenal fatigue, which makes it worse. One of the flaws in human disign, I guess. I've been sleeping better since being treated for it and I found out last weekend that my muscles have improved. I was able to plant and transplant shrubs without being crippled up by...
