    Uti?

First of all, I'll be calling the vet tomorrow. I just am hoping for a little advice now if anyone has any. Cat is going to be three this year. He is a neutered indoor male and has no history of urinary issues. He is overweight and has been dieting for a while. But, it's not really working...

Getting ready for a 3000 mile journey!

I attempted to do a search on this, but nothing came up but an error message three times, so I guess I am posting instead. My hubby and I are moving. We haven't decided where just yet, but it will either be near my family in Ohio or his in California. We have been looking for houses and jobs...

    Cat Boarding?

We'll be visiting family in the begining of December for four days, most likely. I've left cats alone for two, but never four. The two we have are so needy and crave constant attention, so I really worry about leaving them. Taking them is not an option either. It's a LONG drive for kitties...

    Freshly neutered!

Before his surgery, CAT decided to have one last act of MANLINESS... AKA ... stupidity. He decided that jumping 5 feet in the air and landing on sticky fly paper would be cool... not so much. Needless to say, he wasn't fond of the bath that followed. He did great though, all things...

    Interesting thought...

After reading another thread I started to wonder: Would a diaper genie work the same as a litter locker? I could probably get one at a garage sale for cheap and the replacements are cheaper... Just a thought. I'll get the litter locker if it doesn't work.

    CAT and George pics

My photobucket is actually working today, so here's some more pics of the kids. George Panic Mouse is Cat's favorite thing in the world. Dixie ate the wand, so a replacement is on the way. Cost me more than the toy itself, lol. But worth it.

    Cat litter blues

I've never had indoor cats before. All of our cats have been indoor/outdoor and only went outside, never even had a litter box for them. So, now I'm clueless as to what type of litter will be the best. Here's an overview. We have this litter box. It's the only one that seems to keep...

    I come bearing pictures!

Okay, I'm new! My name is Roxy and I live in upstate NY. I'm a dog trainer and an avian specialist. Let's see. I have three dogs, three cats and a bird. Faith is my 5 year old rough collie. Dixie is my 1.5 year old rough collie. Dakota is my 4 year old German Shepherd. CAT (as in a...

    Pretty Big Dilema!!

Okay, here's the story. I do apoligize for the long post, but I really, really need help here. About a year ago, we "adopted" or attempted to take in a pretty young stray. He seemed friendly and got along with the dogs well. So, in he came after vet tests, vaccines and a neuter. Well, he...
