Also sometimes when Panther is totally asleep and curled into a ball I can slip my hands under her and move her somewhere else in her curled sleeping position without even getting more than a slight opening of her eyes. Shes pretty laid back when she is tired. :P
I think some cats are more tolerant of this kind of treatment then others. My 2 year old DSH Panther likes to be picked up this way and will lay in my arms with her belly exposed. Sometimes she even meows until I pick her up like this. Although sometimes she likes to put her paw on my face and...
Thanks for the link. Panther is on a diet of Wellness CORE dry (1/2cup/day) and Wellness wet (3oz/day) both of which are mostly grain free. I was just wondering if the difference can be made up easily enough, or if its even necessary.
Panther LOVES pizza, whenever I have it she tries to take it away from me. I even have to go to great lengths to keep her out of the trash when I throw it away. She also really likes my raspberry filled cookies and often trys to knock them out of my hands. Of course she also likes to eat any...
Is there a big difference? If a cat is already getting grain free is it still advisable to switch to raw? Or if I didn't switch her over to raw are there some supplements that I should include in my cats diet (powdered)?
Thanks a bunch
I have noticed that Panthers Pupils become REALLY big when she is in a crazy (rambunctious) mood. Usually this is just before and a few hours after she eats. Anyone else notice this in their cats? Anyone know what it really means? Thanks
So I am thinking of eventually switching my 2yr old DSH Panther over to raw. But I was wondering if in the meantime if its okay or even a good idea to throw her some raw meat every now and then? Say I am about to cook a boneless skinless chicken breast, is it okay to cut her off a piece? How...
I recently purchased a indoor windowsill herb garden and Panther will just not leave the thing alone! I have plastic wrap over it to help the seedlings grow and she still is tearing the thing up and digging at the plants. So my questions are:
1. Any ideas on how to keep her away from it?
2...
I feed my cat Panther 1/3 cup Wellness CORE and 3oz wellness caned (not CORE) per day. I guess I must have missed the price increase because I remember it always being about $1.50 a can (6oz) for wellness canned and $1.90 for Wellness CORE canned. I figure its not really necessary to feed a...
So I friend of mine has a cat that has been in pretty bad shape for a few months now. The cat has a lot of scab-type things all over her face and body. She used to have a little dog that used to go after the cat so she thought the scabs where from the dog, but she got rid of the dog and she has...
When I first got my cat Panther she was up most nights yowling and meowing all the time. There are still days when she is a pest and meows at me for no reason (other than wanting attention) when i am trying to sleep. She gets the crazy's too and I'm pretty sure she thinks of me as another cat...
I've noticed that Panther has one claw on her from paw that is a little odd looking. It looks pretty similar to the other claws except that it is pure white and not see-through at all. It also seems to have a lot of problems with shedding its outer layer of nail as it grows. The nail often looks...
So for I while I've been thinking that it would be nice to get Panther into the habit of traveling with me. This spring I plan on training her to use a harness and leash. Sometimes me and my boyfriend go and visit our parents for a few days and I was wondering if I should start bringing Panther...
