He's gorgeous
But IMO he doesn't have any Birman, or Ragdoll in him, he would be classified as a domestic shorthair or a siamese mix, blue-lynx tabby and white.
His fur won't get any longer, darker probably, but not longer.
Very beautiful puppies.
But from your description the father of this litter could also be a Catahoula Leopard Dog.

She's a beauty.
And I see more of a Persian mix in her, then anything else.
Not the pushed up nose kinda of Persian, but the one we see in Pet Shops nowadays and also 30 years ago.
I was misdiagnose with IBS more then 15 years ago. The doctor told me to live with it, cut down on spicy food, coffee and other irritants.
I was taking Imodium like candies, it didn't work much.

You can't even leave dirty dishes on the counter, rince the right away and put then in the dishwasher.
Siamese cats are thieves when food is concerned
But the tabby does have copper eyes, maybe not deep copper.
A white cat can also have copper eyes, not only blues. But here we are talking about Pet Quality cats, so their eyes could be another color.
As for the body shape, here a photo of my Persian, it was taken 26 years ago, and she's a mix...
If her tabby markings are like long lines, then she will be a Mackerel Tabby.
This is a Mackerel tabby

Not all Associations accept purebred (registred) cats in HHP (household Pets) Division.
The best thing to do when you start showing a cat is to look for a mentor, oftentimes the breeder where you bought your cat will be the one. But anyone can be a mentor.
