Has your vet tested him for worms at all? I've never heard of probiotics doing that, but worms maybe.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Two other rescue kittens I've cared for have had bacterial infections that required antibiotics so I've considered that as well. If it's still going on tomorrow morning I'm going to see if my vet can test another stool sample from him.
