Oral liquid gabapentin? First time stray rescue and I’m nervous about him taking meds

I might be crazy, but when I smell it it smells like… almost a cat food smell? And it’s brownish in color. There’s definitely a chemical undertone to it but it’s not nearly as harsh as I would have thought. I imagine they must have compounded it then!!!

Oral liquid gabapentin? First time stray rescue and I’m nervous about him taking meds

copied from another response: So a shocking update. I tried mixing it into his wet food just to see if he’d notice it and he gobbled up his dinner like it was nothing. I’ve been spicing his dinner up with some cat friendly dehydrated bone broth powder and a sprinkle of catnip (because I’ve been...

Oral liquid gabapentin? First time stray rescue and I’m nervous about him taking meds

Hello!! Long story short we have a stray in our community who had a major facial laceration. We took him into our garage in a dog kennel and have been slowly getting him together and today he got back from the vet after his neuter and he has 8 stitches in his face. My kittys breaths per minute rate at rest averages 120!!

Hey! Kind of an old post but hoping you’re still around. My one year old cat that I’ve had since she was 2 months old has always been a fast breather. Her breaths per minute around about the same as your cat and it also drives me insane because I know it’s not “normal”. She acts totally fine...

Does my cats nose seem normal to you?

Hey!! Sorry for the late response, his vet appointment was last week (got moved to Wednesday) and then we had a big old hurricane so things got hectic for a bit haha. The vet was very kind and gently let me know that I’m being a little paranoid and that his nose (and himself) was perfectly fine...

Does my cats nose seem normal to you?

I’m sorry if this message ends up formatting kind of strange, it’s been ages since I’ve used a real forum instead of Reddit and tumblr. I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate your lay-person point of view. He’s my first cat ever and I just love him so much like he’s my son, the thought of...

Hi! First time caller, long time reader :) to start this off, this is my pride and joy Moogle. We also call him Bubba. He’s about a year and a half old and we got him from the shelter about a year ago. My life is better with him in it in every way, he enriches every moment. I suffer from some...
