Did you ever find out what was causing this rash? My cat has a similar rash - even more wide spread and solid rash. Oozes. Vet says mites and gave it flea medicine with mite reduction but so far haven't seen much difference. First vet just gave it antibiotics and prednisone. That didn't do...
