My vet asked me not to worry as it could be resulted from play fighting. Or it could be resulted from clogged sebaceous pores. but since the size is small and it does not grow in size that's ok.

My cat is around 1.5 year old. The lump was there long time ago and I used to think that it's a result from playing fighting. it doesn't grow larger at all, but I found that are some other tiny lumps that come up. I wonder if they are warts. but there are no fur loss so it is not easily noticeable.
