UPDATE: I wound up taking him to a 24 hour hospital at 2am. Luckily I did. He was severely dehydrated and after evaluation, I was told he was in really bad shape. I explained everything that occurred thus far and they immediately started supportive care. His heart rate and blood pressure dropped...
