For the current state of things, I do have a checkup on Monday in the morning, the veterinarian said that as long as he's eating and drinking, he should be fine to be seen in a few days.

Sorry, I think I created an extraneous post, but I have some more images to add. He is acting completely normal, playful and everything, it's just that when he is stationary (or maybe I just notice it then) he lifts his lip every 10ish seconds

Oh my god, I actually found this (was covered by some skin flap, I'm not sure what to call it, on the other side (the non lifted) of his mouth Also, I know I caused him some discomfort opening his mouth, I had to to see what was going on
