My 4,5 weeks old kitten is limping and the vet said its probably broken but I don’t want her to limp for the rest of her life is there anything I can do?

My 18 days old kitten has something under her neck. Her fur in there fell out. I’m not sure what to do. I hope the photo is uploaded but if not I’ll explain more. This area is wet-ish because queen keeps licking and it’s angora wool. Can someone tell me what to do caıse I’m really worried right now.

:help: my cat will give birth in a week. Is it okay to close her down in a very big tent-ish thing with tulles? I will be able to check on her and everything but I wonder will she be too stressed about it. She is not using it much but it’s comfy and she can move comfortably.
