Ok so update. I didn't find help and i also got very busy but i tried to keep the kitten in check but rarely found it. So i saw it yesterday and it looks like it's eye is getting better. The swelling has reduced and the colour looks like it's going back to normal thankfully.

Thank you very much for the reply. I googled about it but it seems like a program in the states and Canada only and I don't live there. I'll keep an eye out though and find people involved in ferals.
