Vet told me his hunger is due to steroids, he's on prednisolone since March this year. He was found in October last year, just skin and bones so he was always hungry but not this much.
I will call my vet to check his glucose.

I also have this problem with my healthy siberian female. Male pee clumps perfectly. No matter which clumping litter I buy it won't clump with her. Her pee is normal, she is healthy. It's very annoying for scooping it out.
I tried putting him in the carrier but he went absolutely crazy so this is also no go.
Vet suggested taking steroids every day. She also said all that pollen right now can make his simptoms worse.
