I just noticed this red bump on my cats ear, she has been wearing a cone for the past two weeks after her spay and I just noticed this bump. Any idea what it could be? It looks a bit swollen.

The crusty stuff on it is the remains of the surgical glue that they used on the incision!

This is day 5 of the healing process, I am a first time cat mom and I have just been super paranoid about my little girl!!

Update: She has been more active so far today and last night! Wandering around & playing gently with her toys! She also did a nice big #2 today with the help of some pumpkin mixed into her food!! She’s been in good spirits as well, lots of cuddles a love! Thanks for the help!!
