How much swelling is normal after 5 days of spaying my one year old female cat

I just spayed/ neutered my female cat and the dr said the stitches were done as a plastic surgery so they are on the inside and that she wont reach them and cant lick them but now she is licking the incision site what shoul i do

my 4 month old kitten is now walking funny , there is one leg that she cant stand nor walk on is it due to playing or should i worry please i am so worried what should i do

I used to give my kitten cooked chicken with out any salt or pepper she ate and seemed to enjoy it but suddnely she refuses to est it also the dry food and would only eat cheese ( kiri , la vache kiri ) in very small amounts should i worry
