I do think that there is a difference between okay and aggression. She is actually aggressive. Not like a normal cat. 2 cats wouldn’t work because we’re barely getting by with 1 (due to allergies)
That’s another thing I’m worried about taking her on walks is the fleas and the bugs. So it is okay to take her on walks if she’s and indoor cat? We do keep the doors to the garage closed but whenever we go into the garage she manages to escape out. I really do hope she mellows.
Hey everybody... I have a (about) 6 month old-Chloe. She was an abandoned feral that we took in when she was 3 weeks. She’s gotten so big and is doing well. Besides the fact that she’s actually gotten aggressive. She’s biting every time you try and touch her (and she chews on your hands, you...
Good to know about the spray bottles and yelling. It makes sense that her emotional senses are like humans, I know I wouldn’t want to be treated like that! Letting her in the garage might not be the best idea since we park in there and could easily run outside if we open it. I need more help! Is...
Sad to say, another cat probably wouldn’t work. We already have family members struggling with allergies but are just bearing it because we all love her. So another kitty (although it sounds like so much fun) wouldn’t work. She does have toys but her attention span is not very great (lol) thanks...
Hey everybody... Chloe has gotten so big and is doing well. Besides the fact that she’s actually gotten aggressive. She’s biting every time you try and touch her, and is always pouncing and biting your ankles. It HURTS. We have tried everything. The noises, the spray bottle, yelling, just about...
Hey everybody! I need some help. Chloe (who is now thriving and growing up so fast) has ingested some string. I had watch her chew on it but I didn't think that she would swallow it. When I went to pick her up I saw that only half of the toy was there (so she had eaten half of it) she ingested...
This is the SAME EXACT THING as me!!!!
And it seems like the loud noises don't work for my kitty. They just don't. And when I put her somewhere else, she thinks it's a game so she'll run back to me and start playing again!!! It's annoying. I've been afraid that she's just always going to be...
I think it's the same for my kitty. The loud noises don't work for her. They just don't teach her anything. I'm going to tell you the truth... I tried hissing when she would scratch and bite me and it worked!! I only did it 2 times and she's being less aggressive with me now!! I tried this only...
I'm trying to teach her that hands are not toys. Therefor, I don't play with her. I give her toys or I'll drag around one of those feather on a string or mouse on a string. She will play with those for a minute but she finds limbs more interesting. When she "plays" with me (scratches and bites...
We are keeping her. She's not a foster. When I use those methods she thinks it's a game. She will chase my feet around biting them and scratching them. I can't get away from her. If I put her away from me she'll run back and do the same thing. Are there any other methods?
She's pretty tiny, though. And still wobbly on her feet. She's definitely young. And thanks for the tips, but I have tried those. It doesn't seem to be working. That's the reason why I need extra help.
Hey! I have a kitten that I rescued last week. She was a feral that was abandoned by her mom. We think she's about 4-5 weeks old. At first she was super lovey and sweet and we could hold her and everything. Then we've started to notice that she is very aggressive. She's always scratching and...
I'm pretty sure that my little kitty is a girl from watching various YouTube videos. I'm not completely sure, though. Can someone help me?
EDIT: in the title I meant need help sexing my kitty (oops)
