Oh my god this is getting on my nerves so bad. I've put an extra litter box in the room that she pees in the most, she still chooses to pee on my god damn slippers. Please help me out, I want to keep this kitten but this is beyond acceptable.

She doesn't play as much as she used to, that's also improving. Also she was a fussy eater from the beginning, so that's kinda normal too.

I think she has healed but it's her spoilt habit that makes her wanna pee anywhere. Because she runs around when she wants to, climbs atop the fridge by herself. Still I think having a litter box in every room is a good idea. I'll try that and let you know how it goes :D

I don't think that should be the issue because up until now Pixie had no issue in using that litterbox, she hasn't grown that much either, can that still be a reason?
