Luna is 16 1/2 weeks. Ever since we brought her home at 10 weeks, she's drooled like crazy when she grooms herself. She leaves her hair wet and kind of clumped together. Is this normal?

I have a 13 month old male who has suddenly (within the last week) become a gigantic jerk. He's picking on the other cats (minus his brother) and attacking all of us when we walk past him. Any ideas on what could be causing this/how to fix this?
He's had a fecal since becoming a member of our household, and hasn't had any outside exposure since then. I'm hoping to find something I can do for him before the vet opens on Monday, though. Poor guy is getting poop everywhere.
