Bengals don’t get spots in classic tabby pattern. I also don’t see any Bengal in the head shape. Cute black spotted tabby DSH, no particular breed or mix.
Like the vast majority of cats, he’s a domestic without any particular breed or particular breed ancestry in any significant capacity. Randombred cats come in many different shapes and sizes. He also looks like he may be somewhat overweight, but it’s hard to judge from a photo like this.
I personally don’t see any MCO features that aren’t commonly found in domestic longhair cats, but gorgeous kitty :) mixes are rarer than pedigrees, the vast majority of cats have no breed or ancestry.
