So I'm trying to make some frozen "supplement treats" for my dog and cat, basically consisting of a bit of frozen cat/dog food and fish oil, so I don't have to open a new capsule every day. I've read that fish oil over time can lower vitamin E levels so I would like to incorporate a bit of that...
I crumble freeze dried right on top of the wet food. My picky kitty goes wild for it.
Unless I try to feed her only freeze dried food, dry or rehydrated. Then it is slop
I would warm up the canned food then add the freeze dried on top after :)
Petco is who has Soulistic. My kitty likes it :) It is very similar to Weruva.
The "best" dry food is one that is high protein, moderate fat, low carb.
Dr. Elsey's Clean Protein is good for All Life Stages and is often considered one of the best dry foods.
I wonder if something like this would work?
