I use Cerave. On my face, the moisturizer having sunblock; And on my body. I use the jar—heavier, for winter/dry skin weather.

I had basal cell carcinoma removed from my face, so I am always wearing sunblock in the spring/summer/fall.

People are always commenting on my skin. I swear it is genetics, drinking a ton of water an the moisturizer.

I wish I could. I've had severe acne for the past year now. It started calming down 2 months ago because I stopped putting creams and lotions on my face. I literally do almost nothing to it and washing is very minimal and light. I've been using Frankincense oil for hyperpigmentation and new pimples. It's helped me tremendously. However, it makes my skin peel so I have to be exfoliating constantly. Anyway, I use an organic lotion called "Everyone Lotion". But not on my face of course... Even a little vaseline or shea butter on my face makes me break out. So I just use Frankincense.

I use Olay's Regenerist. It really keeps my skin looking younger and fades the lines. I've tried others, but I always go back to Regenerist.

I use Clinique custom repair serum which is also a light moisturizer. In the winter I use the Clinique custom repair moisturizing creme after the serum. In the summer I use the Clinique Dramatically Different moisturizer after the serum because it is lighter. I have the color of skin that doesn't burn so I don't really use a sunscreen. I use a Clinique foundation that has sunscreen in it but from what I understand there isn't a thick enough layer of foundation to do much. I know that is true for me because I use a foundation brush and a small amount of foundation, I don't like the mask like appearance when it is thick.

I use rosehip seed oil and marula oil. I absolutely swear by it. During the winter, I add a bit of argan oil. I am two weeks shy of 44 and get compliments on my skin all the time.

I normally do not go outside during the day because I have a moderate to severe form of actinic prurigo, which causes skin eruptions and symptoms similar to the flu with vomiting. Still, to be safe(er), my makeup is SPF and I wear SPF 50 on all exposed parts all year.

I do use them in winter but not as much in summer. I'm good about sun block etc but my skin is pretty oily and combo so most anything on my face makes me feel gross. On the rest of my body I'll use anything- whatever is handy. My husband has Cera Ve (sp) for his dry skin issues and right now I use a Lush moisturizer bar. I also use one of their solid shampoo bars.

I use Olay Complete: It’s oil-free and SPF30. I can’t even feel it after I put it on. Too many years spent out in the sun when I lived in Florida finally caught up with me.

My hands especially chap like you can't believe in the cold months anymore and any kind of hand cream that doesn't have a bunch of alcohol in it is good. They chap so bad that if I make a tight fist, the space between my knuckles seeps blood without any cuts or injuries. They just seep. Gross, huh. It's a fun trick I use to gross people out :flail:
I prefer unscented, for obvious reasons. I don't want to walk around smelling like a rose bush or juniper berry ;)

I have cracks all over my hands during the winter (the seeping is from a zillion tiny cracks). Ouchies. The hazards of postal work---paper is very drying. The only hands I've seen that are worse than a postal worker's are my vet's hands; it looks like he gets in regular machete fights, poor guy. I suppose having your hand up a cow half the time, getting bitten and scratched by various creatures, and then disinfecting for surgery and just plain washing all the time will do that.

Secret for when they get really bad: rub your hands with a nice big dollop of Crisco and plain white granulated sugar, until the sugar is dissolved. Put some gloves on and leave it for several hours (overnight is good but I always end up taking the gloves off in my sleep so my sheets get all greasy. So maybe while watching TV is better). It will sting but they'll be mostly healed by morning. I suppose if I did that every night my hands would be in pretty good condition, but eww. It's just too gooey.

Cerave is very good. I use Cerave facial wash and hand lotion. But it's too thick to leave on my face for long. I can feel it.

Thanks W Willowy , I'll try this for my hands. I know what that zillion tiny cracks feels like, invisible but anytime you move your hands it's like some weird Twilight Zone episode taking place on your knuckles :D It doesn't hurt but it does sting and it's just irritating. Plus, who wants to shake hands with a bloody paw ;)

Do you wear moisturizer? What is your moisturizer of choice?
Yes. I'm so pale I'm practically see-through, so I've been using a daily moisturizer with a UV/UA sun block since I was about 12.

I've tried lots of different ones. I think I started with Boots Simple range, good for sensitive skins and pretty cheap. I used to really like The Body Shop too, but they're so expensive these days.

For the past few years I've been using Avene TriXera face cream with Kote minimal cover foundation SPF25 over that.

I love skin care and cosmetics.
