One of my ferals lost weight and is currently a bit skinny for my liking. She gains weight in the winter, but right now, her hips seem far too angled to be healthy. Her spine still has fat pads, but her ribs are easily felt (but not seen) I've also noticed her urine is very slightly brown. There are no vets in our area that will do a general checkup for ferals. Should we be a uti test kit? Change the food we give her? Maybe a calorie supplement? Or should we just try and find a vet?

I would recommend trying to find a vet. There could be many things going on with the girl, and i bet she needs vet care!

Best of luck to her, keep us updated.

I would call around to the vets in your area and explain the situation. If you can transport her in a humane trap, they should be able to sedate her for an exam. Tell them that you are ok with sedation. She really should be seen by a vet.
