I’m trying to identify my cat’s general breed. I thought she was just a small ragdoll for the longest time because I bottle fed her since she was 2 weeks old. I just recently discovered that Balinese is a thing??? She’s wasn’t super chatty up until we moved and she was removed from a stressful environment. She only weighs about 5 pounds, and she’s 7-8 years old. She can become aggressive spontaneously and has kinda claimed me as her person. What does she look like to people that know these breeds better than me.

She looks a bit like my Balinese boy (just seal point instead of blue point), so that would be my best guess personally; however, I don't know too much about Ragdoll cats. If I remember correctly, Himalayans tend to have longer fur, but I could be wrong about that. She's beautiful, though!

She is a color point (seal I believe) domestic medium hair cat and nothing more (besides beautiful!) without papers or perhaps a DNA test. Purebred cats are pretty darn uncommon until directly from a breeder. Where did you get her from?

She’s gorgeous! I think she is a nice lookalike to an old-style Balinese, but without having papers, she would be called a seal point Domestic Longhair. You can get her DNA tested if you’re really curious!

A friend actually found her and her sister underneath a piece of sheet metal

How would I get her tested? I know Embark exists for dogs, but what is there fo cats?
