kitten has a cyst on his butt and it popped :( *****WARNING - Semi- Graphic pic!*

I was doing my daily inspections on the kittens. I noticed the first born black kitten had a weird looking white thing on its butt. i went to wipe it off and the thing POPPED!!!! i am pretty sure it was a cyst. i wiped off the pus with the closest thing i could grab. more pus, then blood gushed out. it smelled weird and well, i almost puked. i didnt really notice any bump before, but the kitten seems to be relieved. he's so cuddly right now. he still has a weird looking white piece hanging out, which i assume is the core. should i take this out or should kitty go to the vet? he is little over a week old. idk what to do!

Pictures arent showing but from what you have said I would be taking him in get him checked over, he may need antibiotics.  

The best is to phone your vet and ask... Hopefully you do have a vet with whom you are on spealing terms.

Next question, is HOW this kitten got this cyst/pus abcess.  Neither  isnt that common.

called the vet. they only have 3:30 open today, which i cant do. bringing kitty in on monday.

You say it smelled really bad?

I wonder if it was an impacted anal gland.
