Thanks to everyone for taking an interest in this problem; I just made a fantastic sweater out of a leg warmer! It seems to hug her nicely and seems to have the same effect as a 'thunder shirt', she has calmed down and isn't trying to groom at all. As a bonus, she looks so sweet.
