Yes several vet checks and got a clean bill of health

hi there my cat poos by the front door about 2-3 times a week and sometimes pees . she also pees relatively regularly by the cellar door. i dont know what to do. please can you help? she's been doing this for months, and i need to do something. nothing has changed. Thanks!
