If she is about to go into labor she will probably start meowing more than usual and she might pant. Cats usually manage fine by themselves, but it is best to be nearby in case there are any...

What are you feeding her? Can you post some photos? The problem might be that she is cold.....you could try rubbing her belly with a warm, damp washcloth. She might have a stomachache   I hope she gets better!

Yes, it might. When pregnant cats start producing milk, it means that the kittens should be born in at the most 48 hours from that time. Try to keep the kittens separated at first or it might lead to territorial issues and confusion between the two momma cats. Good luck with the kittens! 

it really just depends. If she is pregnant, it could be possible that she is only having one kitten or maybe two small ones. She might just suddenly get fatter in her last few weeks of pregnancy, if she is pregnant. Best of luck

Do you have a picture? That would be helpful, and it might just missing fur if they were born a bit early. When jay-jay was born, he had almost no hair on his stomach and ears but his fur eventually started to grow. Also it could be fleas or parasites. I hope they get better soon! ...

To bonepicker, I plan to get Shadow spayed as soon as possible, but it would be a bad idea to spay her while she is still nursing the kittens.
