Good luck with it. I don't think there is a fit for purpose product in the market already. Here in Europe you can find feeders with refrigeration and pre-warming functions, IP cameras, recordable voice messages for feeding times, etc.... The best of them sells for close to $500. And yet...
Gorgeous cats. Always hard to tell from a photo but I wouldn't judge too much from the primordial pouch; it can be pendulous even in thin cats. If you have to dig for the ribs to find them then there's likely too much body fat but if they can be felt with a light pressure that's usually ok.
My first reaction is simply that they are hungry. They are slowly approaching the age that you are right to be thinking about their energy intake but I wonder if you are worrying about their weight unnecessarily? Rather than think of weight, how is their condition? They seem to be large...
Aha. Amelie is just like my cats. Felini should be approached a bit differently in that case. I add just enough hot water to make the meat wet (some cuts of meat will even absorb the water). I toss the meat to get the chunks uniformly wet and the sprinkle the Felini very finely over the top...
