have you tried distraction techniques, there isnt a micarcle fix to ut, but distracting the cat doing the bullying as soon as the start to make a move and rewarding it with play or a treat once they have decided that picking on the 'original' cat isnt as much fun as playing with you

I love my cat, i really do but we have a little issue. Alfies is a great cat, has no issues going to play with next doors moggy or snoozing in an empty room, but we have this little problem, its like he knows...he knows when i need to pee....and he follows me. If i dont close the door properly...
