I've been an animal lover my entire life, but it wasn't until March 2018 when I was able to begin fostering cats and kittens. Our first fosters were a mama cat and her 7 ten-day-old babies... we learned a LOT. And we didn't stop there. Soon we were being contacted to take in kittens being sold on facebook, left in boxes at pet shops, and even on animal controls euthanasia list. I was addicted to saving these tiny lives.

Now, almost a year later as I write this, I have had my fair share of loss and hard lessons learned. I have lost my faith in humanity when abused animals come into my care, and I've had thay faith restored by the generosity and support of an amazing online cat-loving community.

My most recent foster is Charlie. Charlie suffered severe trauma as a 6 week old kitten and was partially paralyzed when I took him in at 8 weeks old.
