Thank you SO MUCH for taking the time... most Vets have no idea about caoet beetles or larvae. I e gone thru this for two years. Bless you for putting this out there. I perform daily Grooming’s, I think having them semi-shaved might help for keeping their fur down n a sanitary shave as well in...
Also, if your cat is itchy andoulkimg out hair ... there IS a reason. Don’t put a cone on them...they are miserable. MAKE your Vet do a skin scrape and tape the fur to gather samples and have them looked at. Seek out a competent vet if they won’t help figure out the parasite or mites or insects...
Thank you ...and I too have finally figured out my babies have been tortured by carpet beetles/larvae/eggs etc... no vet seemed to care or know how to check for this... I found it... almost too late...
