My parents built this house in the 40s. However, neither of them did anything to update the electric or have the foundation checked over the 75+ years it was built. They cleaned well and maintained the yard it's just these two areas that needed more attention.

Ha Phantom climbs that mesh very well. I had same day delivery of that and he was up and over it in no time. Come short of having a real door installed I'm out of options. Phantom is at that age that he'll latch onto my jeans pants and crawl up to my shoulders as well.

Yea I looked at the gates and Phantom can surprisingly crawl in between. So It may contain Coffee but not Phantom, although I doubt Phantom would attempt to try to come inside. With such limited space and no doors I'm trying to set up dog space and cat space per Jackson Galaxy but that's not easy.
