3 kittens born yesterday all doing well

Vets confirmed pregnancy, couldn’t say too much as she hated being touched. Since we got home I’ve felt movements, how long does this mean to go? Vets couldn’t tell me. Not sure what I need to do next

Apparently her neighbour left it and moved so she took it on ( they told her previously she’s been spayed) she said she’s not an indoor cat but I’ve kept her in since she’s been with me ( 2 weeks)

It just feels very bloated I’m just trying to help my friend out by looking after her, her nipples have changed over past few weeks, her behaviour has changed she she won’t let me touch her belly anymore? Maybe I’m imagining it
