That is true I didn’t think of it that way. I just saw some sources saying not to leave it out for more than 20 minutes. I guess I’m just paranoid. :lol:

I only give him the bottle feed him after trying to feed him multiple times, then a few hours later if he still wont try it, I give him the bottle. I will try leaving him in the bathroom with the food out instead of hand feeding him. I hope he goes for it, thank you.

Do I not have to worry about the wet food going bad after sitting out? I try giving him smelly food and he won’t give it a whiff most of the time. Do you have a specific recommendation of what to try?

Also I forgot to mention, he will get some KMR+wet food mix down but not after a struggle of him chewing and having to take multiple breaks and him eating a bit at a time. That is why he is still gaining, it is just very frustrating (I think for the both of us.) Every feeding he chews more and...

I will try leaving the dry food out for him, but any time I showed him before he had no interest. Do you have a brand you recommend? He isn’t eating litter, thankfully. I’m with him all day and have never seen him even give it a taste.

Yes he is gaining well! He is very energetic and runs super fast. Loves to play and explore, just doesn’t want to try the food : ( He was found alone and the mom had passed away, so I don’t have any siblings to compare him too. I also don’t have any food left out though, so he isn’t sneaking it.
