@sarthur2   i went to vet she is constipated so i got medicine she doesn't seems to like the taste but that's for her good :)

@sarthur2  - @Handsome Kitty   thanks for the replies yes she has a heating source in her box i always but 2 bottles of hot water and i am cleaning her bottom gently... actually i just fed her and cleaned her bottom i realized she always gets uncomfortable when she tries to poop i don't know...

Hey guys i found an orphaned kitten on my backyard been feeding her with milk replacements but the problem is even when she is not hungry or sleepy she always cries and i don't know why. if anyone can help me i would be grateful.
