I think they will be fine at your grandmas especially if they have an area they have a room to close them in, preferably with no carpet just in case. Otherwise I would definitely look at getting a petsitter or taking them to a place that will take care of them for a few days.

I have a cat that does the same thing and we have cat trees, I think he's just adventurous or something. We have lots of big birds of prey that hang out around our house that love to eat little pets so letting him out is not an option either..please let me know if you find something that works :)

My cat did the same thing and we found out she had a few abscessed teeth and once we got them removed she was a lot better. Her breath wasn't so stinky and she was more comfortable eating dry food.

My kitty hates collars she always takes them off and hides them as soon as she gets the chance. My dog does the same thing, all of the snow in our yard recently melted, and we found all the collars that went missing over the winter haha.

My new kitten is a shoulder cat and I love it. He loves to climb up and then lay with his lower body hanging down the back and his upper body hanging down the front of my body. He is so cute I'll try and get a picture of it.

I've tried everything and my cat is still overweight, she is only about 4 or so pounds overweight, so the vet said it's not a huge problem. I've had her for 11 years now and she is always overweight. We always joke that shes big boned haha

Thanks for point out the post, I'll definitely check it out! I actually use it for my own teeth, just to keep everything fresh in there haha and I've had firends who use it for their animals who say it helps with bad breath. My kitty has a bad dental growth on her jaw so nothing helps her...

I have a 3 year old fixed male who only pees on the kids bed never anywhere else...does anybody know why he would do this? We thought getting new mattresses would help but he peed on them as well, I'm glad we got plastic for these ones!

It is frustrating to me as well. They should have to clearly label what they put in their food I hate how they get away with it.
