Peagreen...my vet needed help with an issue with one of my kitties and he went to an online site that vets use for consultations.  I don't know the name of the site but if your vet isn't familiar with FHS he could find the site and go there for help/advice.

Rescue remedy helps my hyper kitty a lot.  Also they do make prozac in a liquid flavored form (at a compounding pharmacy).  Prozac can affect a cat's white blood count so you would have to keep an eye on that (it happened to my kitty).  Another thought might be a holistic vet.  I'm late to this...
