Cats have broken eggs all over floor... !!

So, there's no risk of getting infected with salmonella when consuming raw eggs? That was my initial thought as I was reading the post

Looking for the right litter- recommendations please!

Don't know if it's available in your region, but I'm using Van Cat and am pretty happy with it. It's a turkish brand, I believe. I also started with EverClean and then thought it was pricey. I use the pink Van Cat with "baby powder" perfume, it holds the smell and makes good clumbs! Previously...

    Rabbit paws. Safe to chew?...

Nnnnope, not mine😂😂 Rabbit paws are bigger than wing tips, do you think it's still ok? Thank you for your comments! Maybe I'm overthinking this.

    Rabbit paws. Safe to chew?...

And they agreed that bones, chicken or rabbit, aren't to be eaten. I swear they did :) But I'll wait for another replies, maybe they would make this clear somehow

    Rabbit paws. Safe to chew?...

Oh i'ts actually just the opposite, it's very dry. It isn't stored in the frudge. But chicken bones are dangerous to eat.. I'm wonering if rabbit's are any different? Also, I've got a funny reply from the brand so far, saying that they "weren't aware" that cats eat these things and that they...

    Rabbit paws. Safe to chew?...

And it says on the package that it's a "2-in-1 toy + treat" which makes it even weirder

    Rabbit paws. Safe to chew?...

I was going to add that mine did also have claws on it omg. So they didn't put much effort in it, just chunked off a paw and here you are. I'll try contacting the brand and ask them about it because it stil seems rather unsafe. If it were just fur, I wouldn't worry, too🤔

    Rabbit paws. Safe to chew?...

So as I purchased a piece of a rabbit tail and its paw designed as a cat toy (pic attached), I discovered my cat was beyond happy with it. Did you notice how they prefer toys with real fur over plastic trinkets? If my cat's happy, then I'm happy to buy these for her, but my concern is, they have...

Best Dry Food? If Orijen's Bad Then Idk What's Good

Yup, that too, you're right! From what I've seen every dry food brand has either grains or beans in it (or at least every of those available at my region). Choosing between dry foods is, indeed, just picking the lesser sin

Best Dry Food? If Orijen's Bad Then Idk What's Good

Okay, at this point I can swear that I didn't put as much mental effort in getting my bachelor degree as I do now choosing food brand for my cat (who literally enjoys eating cotton swabs and fixing foam...) :) So, Orijen seems to win when it comes to protein and carbs ratio. But what still...

Best Dry Food? If Orijen's Bad Then Idk What's Good

Kat0121 Thank you for clarification! Unfortunately couldn't fine Dr Elsey's for sale at my place, they only want to sell us cat litter... But gonna keep the numbers in mind!

    Aatu? Anyone?

Hey everyone, Has anybody tried AATU? I could find very few mentions of it, and most of them are from 2-4 years back. I liked the ingredient list, but would be glad to get any real feedback :) I'll post it here. They claim to have 85% of chicken in it, which sounds amazing (can't tell how true...

Best Dry Food? If Orijen's Bad Then Idk What's Good

This is stated on the Orijen package: Calorie distribution Metabolizable energy is 4060 kcal/kg (463 kcal per 8oz. cup) with 39% from protein, 17% from vegetables and fruit, and 44% from fat. Again, please pardon my ignorance, but what protein percentage is considered high? From what I could...

Best Dry Food? If Orijen's Bad Then Idk What's Good

Thanks to everybody for the replies! I'm a little confused about mixing dry and wet food though, especially of different brands. Wouldn't that destabilize the balanced diet? I mean, we know that it's bad to mix different dry food brands or dry+raw food because each dry food series provides a...
