I've been thinking about a "halloweeny" name, and came up with "Pumpkin". Since she has those patches of orange, and she's such a sweetheart.  Thank you for rescuing her!

My cat wont ever hiss and doesn't meow unless he needs/wants something. My own little furball  (He's a big maincoon but is the most lovely cat I've ever owned in my 17 years).
