One of my cats hates litter. She uses empty litter boxes (dish pans).
I simply dump them in the toilet and spray out with cleaner and wipe with toilet paper.
Try putting an empty litter box next to the one she pees in.
Just have the vet give you dewormer to use. There is no point in going through the old bring in stool and have it checked routine. Dewormer will cost a couple of dollars. Having the stool checked cost 4 times that can be wrong and is a hassle.
ps. one time blood in stool in a young cat is...
Wrap cat in a beach towel and trim the nails. Eventually they will give up fighting and let you do it without the towel although it may take 2 years.

I've had great luck using an ointment made by Falcon.
Neomycin and Polymyxin B and Dexamethasone Opthalmic Ointment.

Daily combing reduces hairballs thus Vet visits.
It reduces my blood pressure since I freak when the cats get sick.
After years of this It is no longer...
I didn't see anything that looked serious. At most what I saw was what I characterize as a partial head shake.
Perhaps a little water in the ears. At most it could be ear mites but that is a stretch. In any case, look in her ears.
Two cats use the Catgenie.
But the third was a year long fight to find something she would use. Experiment after experiment finally yielded results.
4 dishpans side by side without any litter. She poops or pees and I dump the pan into the toilet and spray with cleaner and
wipe with toilet...
My tabby was just like yours. She would wheeze and gurgle. She always had a drop of water hanging from her nose.
I assumed allergies, changed her food and stopped giving her table scraps. Now she breaths normally and her stool firmed up.
Ps. It may be cheaper to just pay for a Vet visit or even cheaper to ask a Vet to just sell you wherever he/she uses for worms in cats. My Vet actually uses Strongid which is a horse dewormer. Given orally it looks like yellow toothpaste. One dose followed by another 2 to 3 weeks later gets rid...
