@mrsgreenjeens. PCR was done on both of them, twice. Same as ELISA, also twice for both. The vet (senior surgeon, cat specialist and a cardiologist) hadn't diagnosed her with IBD yet. The next step he said is to do laparoscopy and to take biopsies from all thickened walls, on both of them...
